At Gribb we have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. This means that we always make every effort to ensure that consumers/clients are satisfied with the products they purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will do everything to assist you and provide a solution, just contact us by email: hello@gribbfarm.com .

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@gribbfarm.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Rua Francisco Bivar, n2 , 8500-675 Portimao - Portugal

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Subscription Plan

By subscribing to the monthly subscription plan offered, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions 

  1. Eligibility - You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe to our Subscription Plan.
  2. Billing cycle - You choose your billing cycle of 1 month or 2 months
  3. Payment - Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled.
  4. Cancellation Policy - You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Service. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like made per order items (such as liquid cultures, spawn, or sterilized cereals).

All of our liquid cultures, spawn, sterilized cereals, grow-kits and substrate are checked and tested before shipment to ensure strong, healthy mycelium and integrity of the properties of all mushroom growing components. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the proper and sterile conditions for handling all material for cultivation and growth of mushrooms available on our website. 

 Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@gribbfarm.com.


Our policy only applies to products purchased directly from gribbfarm.com and within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase.

To receive a refund/replacement, all returns must first be approved by our customer service team. Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase or identifying details such as your order number may be required. Additional shipping fees may not be refundable.

*We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside of the above in this policy will be handled at the discretion of our customer service team.
